  • Tax Data: Retained for the period required by tax legislation (usually 10 years).
  • Clinical Records: Based on the Psychologists' Code of Ethics and medical record legislation, your clinical record is retained for 10 years after our last session, in a secure (physical or encrypted digital) environment, accessible exclusively by the therapist.
  • Simple Inquiries (without starting therapy): If you contact us but we do not proceed with therapy, your contact details will be deleted within 6 months.

6. Recipients of Data

Your data is never sold, traded, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Recipients of your data may only be:

  • External partners (e.g., Accounting firm) exclusively for issuing legal invoices, who are bound by strict confidentiality clauses.
  • Public authorities or courts, only if there is a clear legal obligation (e.g., lifting of confidentiality by prosecutorial order in cases of felonies).
